COVID-19
We are committed with the farming and indigenous communities, to the prevention of Covid-19.
To start the Lost City trek, it is mandatory to present a negative result of the Covid-19 test, which must have been done a maximum of 72 hours before the start date of the tour.
TRAVELERS'
RESPONSIBILITY
Make sure you are in good health.
Manage rubbish responsibly, throwing it in the places provided for it.
Take care of and respect the attractions of the place, without damaging the environment or the cultural heritage.
PAYMENT METHODS
To confirm reservations, it is necessary:
- to contact us via email, WhatsApp or form (here below), to confirm the reservation and the personal information of the passengers;
- to make a deposit for the15% of the total value of the tour by PayPal or to our Bancolombia Savings Account 51600048256 - SWIFT: COLOCOBM - Jungle Tour Santa Marta; The amount corresponding to the remaining 85% must be paid before the trip starts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a service is canceled 96 or more hours in advance, the client will receive a refund of the deposit, assuming only administrative expenses, such as bank commissions or similar.
Between 96 and 24 hours, the refund of the deposit will be 50%.
With less than 24 hours in advance, no refund of the deposit will be made (art. 65, law 300 of 1996).CONNECT WITH US
